MREA Energy Fair Bus A Success

Thirty-eight people rode the free bus to the Energy Fair on Saturday, June 21st. Those attending heard activist Jim Hightower and attended workshops on energy and sustainability topics. Thanks to all those who helped support and promote this event including Wisconsin Public Service, the Downtown Grocery Store and the Convention and Visitor's Bureau.

Those on our bus to the Energy Fair were some of the 22,500 people (a new record) that attended during the three day event. The weather was great, the food delicious and the workshops both informative and stimulating, We look forward to doing the same next year and hope you can join us on the bus!
